The apartment comes with air conditioning and TV for a comfortable stay in every season, and the bathroom has a shower cubicle and washing machine — handy for longer stays. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are included for the pebble beach right in front of the property, reached via an outdoor staircase, along with an assigned parking space.

Conditions

Check-in and check-out. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; for different arrival times, please get in touch with us in advance. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Stay length. Scirocco is booked Sunday to Sunday, for check-in and check-out.

What's included. The price includes a parking space, one beach umbrella and two sun loungers, plus final cleaning.
Not included are the tourist tax and bed/bath linen, which is available on request for an extra charge.

Cancellation policy. Cancel 30 days or more before check-in and your deposit is refunded in full; between 30 and 15 days before check-in, 20% is refunded; within 15 days of check-in, no refund applies.

What time are check-in and check-out?

For rooms, check-in is available from 1:00 PM, while for apartments it's from 3:00 PM. Check-out for both rooms and apartments is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability, with a possible extra charge.

Is the beach included in the stay?

Yes. The rooms and the Scirocco apartment share the same beach as the guesthouse, where each room/apartment comes with a beach umbrella and two sun loungers. Umbrellas are not assigned, and their use is managed by the guests themselves. La Casetta, on the other hand, faces a free public beach, separate from the guesthouse's.

Is parking available?

Yes. Rooms have a numbered parking space at the guesthouse, matching the room number; the Scirocco apartment has its own dedicated parking space at the guesthouse. La Casetta has its own private parking, separate from the guesthouse's.

Is it possible to have lunch or dinner on site?

Yes. For guests staying in a room on Half Board or Full Board, dining is included. Guests staying in the apartment or La Casetta can book it for a small extra charge. The service is also open, by reservation, to guests not staying at the property, who are offered a fixed menu; we recommend booking ahead in August, when things get busy.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, but only on request. When booking, you'll need to let us know your pet's size and breed — acceptance depends on availability at the time and on the animal's size, to make sure every guest has a pleasant stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

For stays longer than one week: if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, your deposit is fully refunded; between 30 and 15 days before check-in, 20% is refunded; within 15 days of check-in, no refund is given. For stays shorter than one week, the deposit is non-refundable in all cases, and the full amount of the stay is required as a deposit.
