Conditions
How rates work. The B&B rate is per double room, per night, for 2 people. Half Board and Full Board, on the other hand, are priced per person, per day, excluding drinks and tourist tax (€2.00 per person per day). Room cleaning, private parking and the TV lounge are all included.
Discounts for children and teens. Kids aged 0 to 3 stay free without a bed or place setting; add a bed and place setting, and it's 50% off. Ages 3 to 10 get a 25% discount.
Check-in, check-out and booking. Check-in is from 1:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Please let us know both your arrival and departure dates when booking — for instance, a stay from 07/07 to 15/07 means arriving on the 7th at 1:00 PM and leaving on the 15th by 10:00 AM. No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.
Cancellation policy. For stays of a week or longer: cancel 30+ days before check-in and get your deposit back in full; between 30 and 15 days out, you'll get 20% back; inside 15 days, no refund applies. Stays shorter than a week are non-refundable, and the full amount is required upfront as a deposit.

How are prices calculated?
The B&B rate is per double room, per night, for 2 people. Half Board and Full Board rates are per person, per day, excluding drinks and tourist tax (€2.00 per person per day). Room cleaning, private parking and the TV lounge are included in the price.
What time are check-in and check-out?
For rooms, check-in is available from 1:00 PM, while for apartments it's from 3:00 PM. Check-out for both rooms and apartments is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability, with a possible extra charge.
Is the beach included in the stay?
Yes. The rooms and the Scirocco apartment share the same beach as the guesthouse, where each room/apartment comes with a beach umbrella and two sun loungers. Umbrellas are not assigned, and their use is managed by the guests themselves. La Casetta, on the other hand, faces a free public beach, separate from the guesthouse's.
What are the breakfast times?
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Is parking available?
Yes. Rooms have a numbered parking space at the guesthouse, matching the room number; the Scirocco apartment has its own dedicated parking space at the guesthouse. La Casetta has its own private parking, separate from the guesthouse's.
Is it possible to have lunch or dinner on site?
Yes. For guests staying in a room on Half Board or Full Board, dining is included. Guests staying in the apartment or La Casetta can book it for a small extra charge. The service is also open, by reservation, to guests not staying at the property, who are offered a fixed menu; we recommend booking ahead in August, when things get busy.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, but only on request. When booking, you'll need to let us know your pet's size and breed — acceptance depends on availability at the time and on the animal's size, to make sure every guest has a pleasant stay.

What is the cancellation policy?
For stays longer than one week: if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, your deposit is fully refunded; between 30 and 15 days before check-in, 20% is refunded; within 15 days of check-in, no refund is given. For stays shorter than one week, the deposit is non-refundable in all cases, and the full amount of the stay is required as a deposit.
