The double rooms have a small terrace overlooking the sea. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning , TV , fridge and private bathroom . Assigned parking space. All the guests of the Boarding House have at their disposal beach deckchairs and beach umbrellas, for a sweet and sunny holiday by the sea in Casalvelino Marina.

Notes and Regulations
Children aged 3-10 years receive a 25% discount;
Children aged 0-3 years stay free of charge without bed and meals; 50% discount with bed and meals.
Prices for half board and full board are per person and exclude drinks and tourist tax.
B&B prices refer to a double room per night for 2 people.
Tourist tax: €2.00 per person per day.
Included in the price: daily room cleaning, private parking, and TV room.
Room occupancy times:
- Check-in: from 1:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Late arrival or early departure does not entitle guests to any refund.
- At the time of booking, arrival and departure dates must be specified.
- Example: booking from 07/07 to 15/07 means: check-in on 07/07 at 1:00 PM; check-out on 15/07 at 10:00 AM.
- The booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the deposit and our confirmation via email or phone.
