The single room with a small terrace overlooking the sea. The room is equipped with air conditioning, TV, fridge and private bathroom. Assigned parking space. All the guests of the Boarding House have at their disposal beach deckchairs and beach umbrellas, for a sweet and sunny holiday by the sea in Casalvelino Marina.

Notes and Regulations
Children aged 3-10 years receive a 25% discount;
Children aged 0-3 years stay free of charge without bed and meals; 50% discount with bed and meals.
Prices for half board and full board are per person and exclude drinks and tourist tax.
B&B prices refer to a double room per night for 2 people.
Tourist tax: €2.00 per person per day.
Included in the price: daily room cleaning, private parking, and TV room.
Room occupancy times:
- Check-in: from 1:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Late arrival or early departure does not entitle guests to any refund.
- At the time of booking, arrival and departure dates must be specified.
- Example: booking from 07/07 to 15/07 means: check-in on 07/07 at 1:00 PM; check-out on 15/07 at 10:00 AM.
- The booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the deposit and our confirmation via email or phone.
